Has anyone read and burn the fat feed muscle Tom Venuto and The Truth About Six Pack Abs by Mike Geary?
I am looking to buy either of these e-books, and I want to know if someone has read one or two, and they are happy with him and / or worked for them. If anyone has read both – What is the best?
EBook Tom Venuto is fantastic. Science is based on very good, a lot of personal experience and common sense information about diet, exercise and personal motivation. Basically, we teach you everything you need to know about getting fit and losing fat, including how to calculate calorie needs, eat better, tips for breaking plateaus of fat loss and training tips for adding muscle. I am a big fan of his and his articles and books BTFFTM are fundamental to understanding not only of my form but my training. I even lost my electronic copy of both because my laptop crashed and Tom replaced him with his latest version, updated free. I have not read the book by Mike Geary, so I can not comment on that work. Tom is highly recommended however. Good luck!
